鶯谷に2年限定でオープンしているデザートコースのレストラン「John」。"味覚の旅"をコンセプトに、毎月異なるテーマのコースを提供する。和風庭園を生かした内装や、一皿ずつに合わせたBGMなど、空間まですべて含めた"体験"として料理を楽しめる。常に革新的でありたいと語る吉村正峰シェフの生み出すデザートは、食材の斬新な組み合わせが絶妙。「普段見たことのない組み合わせも、旅行で目新しいものを見るように楽しんでほしい」と語る。

This restaurant will take you on a "journey of flavors" with cutting-edge expression of seasons.
The restaurant John serves all-dessert course and plans to be in Uguisudani for only two years. With the concept of "journey of flavors," their course has different themes every month. The interior features the Japanese garden and music is changed according to each dessert. You can enjoy the whole dining experience. The chef Masataka Yoshimura says he wants to stay innovative. His creations indeed feature unique combinations of ingredients. "I hope the guests enjoy the unfamiliar combination of ingredients, just like seeing something they don't know on a trip," tells him.
