クラフトでつながる食材が並ぶ小さなマーケット
焼きそば＆グロサリーの店「一服」から食のセレクトショップ「IPPUK」としてリニューアル。棚には店内のキッチンで開発される「ONE POT WONDER」のスープなどのレトルトフードがずらり。さらに、チョコレートやビールなど＂クラフト＂をキーワードに選ばれた食材や、国内外の調味料も販売する。カフェ「パンとエスプレッソとまちあわせ」とコラボレーションした限定サンドイッチや、日替わりサンドイッチ、焼き菓子、スープやコーヒーなどが、窓際のカウンターや、お天気のよい日は店の外でも楽しめる。「一服」時代の看板メニューだった進化系焼きそばは、不定期のイベント営業で提供する。今春、「マロロガバワン」と共同開発した「奥中野カレー」も販売予定！

The small shop carries all kinds of "craft" food.

Yakisoba ＆ Groceries IPPUK has now become Groceries Market IPPUK. They have lots of retort food on the shelf. One of them is One Pot Wonder, which was invented in this shop's kitchen. The shop also sells "craft" food such as chocolates and beer, as well as spices from all over the world. The bar seating by the window or the outside seating, if the weather allows, are the perfect places to enjoy the limited-time sandwich made by the collaboration with the cafe “Bread, Espresso, and Machiawase," daily special sandwich, pastries, soups, and coffee. The signature menu before the renewal, neo yakisoba is now served in the occasional events. They co-invented Oku-Nakano curry with MAROLOGA bhavan, and it is expected to be available this spring
