和を取り入れた、オリジナルピザの味わいがクセになる
2022年の春に開店したピザ専門店。鳥取の大山山麓で収穫された小麦と全粒粉をブレンドした生地を注文後にのばして具材をトッピング、特製ピザ窯でカリッと焼き上げる。おすすめは、高知ピーマン、しらす、からすみのピザ。緑、白、黄色に彩られた花畑のような可愛さに歓声が上がること間違いなし。季節の食材で作るピザは12種類で、マルゲリータなどの定番に、穴子と山椒、桜エビと九条ネギなど、和の要素も楽しめる。パスタ、冷菜や温菜、鹿肉ローストなどのがっつり系料理からデザートもいろいろ。ノドウラと呼ばれる本鮪の稀少部位にルッコラと芽ネギ、秘伝のソースで味つけをしたマグロ肉のカルパッチョはマグロ料理専門の「マグロマート」姉妹店ならでは。

The creative pizza with Japanese twist will get you addicted.
The pizzeria was opened in spring 2022. They use the flour from Mt. Daisen Piedmont of Tottori and whole wheat flour for their pizza. They stretch the dough, add the toppings, and bake it crunchy in the special oven only after they get an order. The pizzeria recommends the pizza with Kochi green pepper, baby sardines, and karasumi pickles. The pizza wows you with the cute garden-like colors of green, white, and yellow. Their menu features twelve kinds of pizza using in-season ingredients. Some of them are classics such as Margherita while the others have Japanese twists such as sea eel and sansho pepper pizza and sakura shrimp and Kujo leek pizza. They also have heavier meal such as pasta, cold side dishes, warm side dishes, roasted deer meat, as well as some desserts. Since the pizzeria and the tuna restaurant Maguro Mart are owned by the same owner, they serve the tuna carpaccio using the rare part of bluefin tuna called Nodoura. It is served with arugula, green onion sprouts, and their secret sauce.
